Abstract
By a low temperature sol-gel process, dense nano-grained BaTi2O5 ceramics were achieved by spark plasma sintering and transparent nanoparticle BaTi2O5 thin films were fabricated by spin coating technique. The enhancement of the dielectric constant of the dense ceramics and the optical properties of the transparent thin films were reported.
