Research on knowledge base construction using knowledge management

The efficient personal knowledge management is a key to effectively implement the personal knowledgement management. With the cognitive psychology as the point, studying the essence of the knowledge management, this paper creates the classification way of knowledge element and it also uses the net technology to build the knowledge base on the basis of knowledge management -the design idea and the construction principle for the open personal knowledge base, and it also seeks for a new way with the innovative system on the net.
