Abstract
By the reason that e-travel agent is created for bring tourism merchant and tourist to meet between each other on digital channel under cloud environment that there are cyber threat and problem that impact to level of trust on concerning party. In order to protect them from that problem, e-travel agent, who lacks technical skill, tries to survive by informing cloud security requirement to network technician who prepare cloud security infrastructure. For support the solution, this paper intends to use risk management and fuzzy logic for constructing the flexible security rule-based system on cloud service for e-travel agent. This model can be used for propose cloud security policy and requirement that suitable with characteristic of e-travel agent from many human opinion which involving with cloud security providing.
