Abstract
Enterprises can be seemed as an open man-made system with the characteristics of life. The growth of enterprises has the similar characteristics of biological life cycle. As for innovative enterprises, there are various risks in different stages of the life cycle, which have different impacts on the enterprises. So Innovation is the necessary condition for Innovative enterprises to maintain the competitiveness, but the existence of risk brings great challenges to the development of innovative enterprises. This paper attempts to identify and definite the risks in each stages of life cycle in the innovative enterprises. There are three risk involved: technology risk, risk management, organizational risk. And the proposal will be made to help innovative enterprises to use limited resources to control the three kinds of risks, which will promote better development of innovative enterprises.
