  • Abstract
    With family enterprise growing, she needs to absorb and integrate new management resource continuously. Family enterprises have unique trust mechanism; In the process of retaining professional managers, there is the absence of some respects of trust mechanism, and ideal and so on. It is effective to introduce pan-family regulation to integrate management resource, expand the trust space of family enterprises and retain multiple competitive systems to restrict professional managers. Consequently, effective fusion of professional managers, trust and family enterprises will come true.
