  • Abstract
    With people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of urban evolution point of view, this paper applies to determine the evaluation index system by using the comprehensive evaluation method including AHP and Experts weighting and 1-9 scale to analyze the urban evolution level of Binhai New Area of 2006-2009 years. The results indicate that In 2006-07, the urban evolution level at an average level, while in 2008-09 evolution level has been at a high level, but still has the development space, as Binhai New Area economy develops, at the same time, it must pay attention to the improvement of people´s living standard, pay greater focus on education, improving the quality of people´s life. Only by doing so can it promote the urbanization level and accelerate the development of the city, thus speeding up the city of evolution, the urban function and structure develop towards the direction of sustainable growth.
