Abstract
The replacement of traditional methods of articles manufacture based on cutting by low-waste processes of forming such as cold heating, impression, press forming allows one to save up to 20-30% of steel resources. Metal saving is a powerful incentive to the development of low-waste technologies. However, the expansion of the work mix, especially of complex shape, is restrained by the limited plasticity of rolled steel. Metal processing state and development stipulate the actuality of the work directed to the improvement of the rolled plasticity intended for cold deformation. In this paper, a method for increasing the plasticity lifetime of cold rolled steel is put forward by the authors
