Abstract
Being faced with the rapid growth of the Internet, we are now finding efficient, distributed and dynamic network control mechanisms that can avoid network congestion and adapt to the complexity of the Internet environment. In this paper, from the viewpoint of evolutionary game theory, we propose an end-to-end flow control mechanism using evolutionary strategies. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show the property and validity of this mechanism
