Abstract
This paper investigates the H∞ reliable control problem for a class of Markovian jump systems with actuator failures and partly known transition rates. A key point of this work relaxes the special assumption of completely known transition rates to more general case that transition rates are partly known, which may lead to less conservativeness. Meanwhile, the control technique of the Markovian jump systems is used to solve the H∞ reliable control problem of turbofan-engine. Firstly, the H∞ reliable control problem for Markovian jump systems with actuator failures is presented. Then, an H∞ reliable controller is designed, and the design problem can be reduced to a set of LMIs feasibility problem. Finally, a turbofan-engine example is given to demonstrate the applicability of the main results.
