  • Abstract
    Highly efficient surface third harmonics (STHG) in TiO2 nanolayers was obtained by exciting with 13-fs Ti:sapphire laser pulses. Using a 180 nm thick film, the conversion efficiency exceeded air-glass STHG by a factor of 30.
