  • Abstract
    A new method for designing signals with a given time-bandwidth product is introduced. These signals in the set have a flat amplitude spectrum and have low cross-correlation function values and lie on a signal parameter space ellipse. Upper bounds for the cross-correlation between signals in the set is derived
