Abstract
This paper discusses the existence and uniqueness of solutions to a special kind of nonlinear singular systems-affine nonlinear singular systems. The results in part I are extended to the case of singular systems with inputs. The properties of solutions to singular control systems are investigated by using the method of nonlinear coordinates transformation. Sufficient and necessary conditions of the existence of a unique differentiable solution are given
