Abstract
How to effectively analyze and evaluate service availability of supply chain system is a challenging problem for investigators. In this paper, the architecture of Web-based services of multi-layer supply chain management system is interpreted elaborately at first, and then the service availability modeling and performance modeling for this system is designed and analyzed. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of responding parameters to service availability is presented. The result can help designs find right tradeoffs for achieving availability while providing acceptable levels of performance.
