Creation of the system of secure document circulation for state organization

There are some features in the creation of Russian system of secure documents circulation for state organization. At first, all information technologies, which are used in state organization, must be certificated. There are a lot of laws, which provide producing, licensing and certificating works about information security industry. But Russian laws provide only cryptographic and secure digital signature. To create a complete system of secure document circulation different technologies should be used. It includes such technologies as VPN, PKI, Firewall and authentication.
