  • Abstract
    As fresh farm produce occupies a pivotal position in the daily lives, the fresh farm produce logistics (FFPL) accompanied by it has become a rising industry in the logistics industry. Evaluating the performance of the fresh farm produce logistics and finding the existed problems can improve the fresh farm produce logistics management. To evaluate the FFPL performance, this paper overcomes the shortcoming of tradition linear FFPL measuring method, and proposes a measuring method which establishes an evaluation system combined with Kirkpatrick model and describes the evaluation mechanism based on fuzzy algorithm and BP neural network. The performance evaluation of 10 cities in Hebei province shows that the results given by this model are reliable, and this method to evaluate the FFPL performance is feasible.
