Abstract
Correlation between time-domain of routine execution and obtained waveforms is analyzed. In this case CPU´s internal activities, related to the instruction execution can be defined more explicitly. In such manner power consumption of the CPU may be separated from noises and external effects. Proposed approach has been used for analysis of some data-processing instructions of ARM7TDMI, in order to estimate power consumption accurately.
