  • Abstract
    OSC (Optical Supervisory Channel) is a carrier of DWDM working statement information, including the information of network management, service and monitoring. In this paper, with the platform of ISE software and CPLD hardware, OSC data was successfully CMI encoded/decoded and scrambled/descrambled. The design has been applied in DWDM system reliably, which worked stably and showed a good performance.
