  • Abstract
    This assess steering simulating for China Coast Guard Ship in narrow sea-route by these information of navigation environment, operating and scientific righteous and external assessment model, which is done by programming for face object in VC++6.0. In final, It automatically calculates steering achievement of professional soldiers. Keywords: China Coast Guard Ship; FAHP; Steering Evaluation As an integral part of China armed forces, China Coast Guard Ship has the nature of the work necessary, in pursuit, arrest the ship at sea smuggling mission at risk, urgent tasks, such as round-the-clock work characteristics [1]. In order to minimize the risk of reducing training at sea, and saving training costs, Public Security Marine Police Academy introduced China Coast Guard Ship marine simulator. Steering Professional Soldiers can be trained through the system, in addition to a vessel of manipulation, organization and command training can be conducted outside the vessel formation, Qiyu subjects such as military training.
