Abstract
This paper reviews recent advances and emerging technologies in the RF and microwave area. The status of current semiconductor device technologies and their use in RF commercial applications is reviewed. Substrate and power amplifier requirements for wireless applications are discussed. Examples of modeling techniques and RF circuit applications are presented
