  • Abstract
    Process burning coal powder in boiler is in very complex suspension combustion and very unstable, monitoring system image includes a lot of noise signals from difference hands. In this chapter, compose of furnace flame monitoring system is introduced, the new method called as fast median filter for elimination image noise, enhancement image and special boundary detection algorithm for furnace flame are discussed in detail, processing for flame image is completed. The colorimetric arithmetic of calculating flame temperature based on Wien theorem in radicalization is demonstrated, is used to the calculation on temperature field successful, and the display principle of flame temperature field on computer is discussed.
