  • Abstract
    The influence factors of freeway are analyzed in the paper according to the followings: drivers, vehicles, freeway and environments. And ICFCM algorithm is advanced to cluster the influence factors of freeway and get the influence level. In which, there are two improved way in ICFCM algorithm in initialize central and clustering effect. The results show that the iterations of ICFCM algorithm is reduced and the results is better than before.
