  • Abstract
    In this paper, the mathematical models of brush-less DC motors is introduced. Based on the model, the matlab/simulink is used as simulation platform. Combining fuzzy control with traditional PID control, the fuzzy control toolbox of matlab is made use of on the modeling simulation. The simulation result shows that fuzzy-PID control strategy can be used to make remarkable improvement on the overall performance of brush-less DC motors.
