Abstract
Electronic negotiation support exists place in many facets. Lately, the support of complex electronic negotiations between human negotiators has been researched. While there exist some such support systems (e.g. Inspire or Negoisst), the strong interdependency between the structure of electronic contracts and system support still requires attention. In this paper, we present requirements of electronic contracts based on semantic Web ideas and their implementation in the negotiation support system Negoisst.
