  • Abstract
    The purpose of this work is the performance of suitable measuring system, measurement of constant component in the needle-plane system having polyethylene insulation and description of the influence of different polyethylene insulation on that component. The presented system allows measurements of DC component of AC charging current of value 10-13 A. That measuring sensitivity of the system is ensured at voltages up to about 15 kV which is sufficient for testing the insulation systems for mean rated voltage
