  • Abstract
    The first part of our work consisted of a decision analysis of the production system of the target company; the company of cements (SCIMAT Batna) by using the tool GRAIAO. A more detailed and overall diagnosis of the company is prepared using a powerful tool for analyzing cause and effect “CAUSAL TREE”. It justifies the effectiveness and efficiency of our proposed solutions. We have proposed a flexible DSS (Decision Support system), who faced the unknown disruptions and it was there all the effort of reflection, and which is to find scenarios of decisions based on indicators of performance provided by one or more scoreboards. For the design of scoreboards (performance indicator system), we opted for the method GIMSI (Widespread access to actionable information based on a systemic methodology facilitating the expression of individualities of the company). It aims to stimulate originality and creativity of designers and users.
