  • Abstract
    Today enterprises are facing with the rapid development of information technology, fierce competition and complex business environment. So a large number of enterprises bear enormous risk pressure brought by the uncertainty. Therefore, it´s of great significance to research on risk evaluation of technological innovation undoubtedly. This thesis describes the composition and index system of the enterprise´s technological innovation risk, and adopts method of information entropy to define weight. Combining the established matter-element evaluation model and the calculating formula, it confirms the risky rank of enterprise´s technological innovation and approves the scientific and feasibilities of this method, through the risk evaluation of enterprise´s technological innovation.
