  • Abstract
    Based on Logit model, the paper studies on the Choice of R&D Cooperation Patterns on electronic information small and middle size enterprises in Beijing. It analyzes the characteristics of the patters on R&D cooperation and the patterns that what kind of enterprise would properly choose. It discusses the type and influencing factors for R&D cooperation patterns, and puts forward advice that the enterprise chooses the appropriate R&D cooperation patterns combined with its own characteristics. Then the paper sets up the index system for evaluation for the empirical study. Finally, the results show that different enterprises would choose different R&D cooperation patterns considering specific influencing factors. And the choice for the R&D cooperation patterns will be affected by the nature of the electronic information enterprises.
