Abstract
Bi/multi-radar using cooperative or non-cooperative transmitters has attracted much attention in the international community. This paper analyzes performance of the locating a moving target from corrupted Doppler frequency measurements obtained by a single receiver with two cooperative or non-cooperative transmitters. And the expressions for the Cramer-Rao bound are derived. Finally, we get the meaningful conclusion that the radar can exploit the excellent Doppler information to locate moving target accurately
