The value research on information resources management of supply chains

Information resources management is the basis of supply chain, and plays a vital role in enterprises competition. It will inevitably shift to the information resources management of supply chains. Information resources can produce values and are the most important source of competitive advantage on a supply chain. Based on the basic theories on information resources of a supply chain, this article has proposed a value chain for the information resources of a supply chain, and has discussed the supply chain information resources management model driven by the information value chain, and has proposed an evaluation model for the information coordination of supply chains based on the availability and sensitivity of information. This model can be used to evaluate the information coordination of enterprises on their supply chains. In addition, the article has also provided application examples of the model.
