  • Abstract
    In recent years, with the rapid development of wireless communication theory and technology, wireless technology is becoming more and more important in the global Internet theory. The computer network based on the cable is shifting to a mixing network of wired and wireless. The TCPW algorithm under the hybrid network is unable to estimate the band width accurately, so this paper proposed an improved algorithm TCPW-M, the new algorithm through RTT in the sample space jitter changes to different congestion levels and improves the bandwidth estimation algorithm according to the different congestion levels. Finally, the simulation analysis proves that the improved algorithm increases the stability of the bandwidth estimates.
