Abstract
The article reports of a new method of biomedical signals processing that makes it possible to analyze their structure in detail. The Hilbert-Huang Transform includes an algorithm of empirical mode decomposition designed for decomposing signals into a set of components with a subsequent analysis of its time and frequency distribution by the Hilbert transform.
