A Strategy of E-Learning Environment Description

In E-Learning environment, each learning resource or E-Learning software system has its own specific software support environment. However, users always tend to use different learning resource and platform in one software environment, it is always a problem to make different resource and platform successfully work together in the same environment. This contribution firstly presents a description strategy of the E-Learning environment based on platform and media profiles (PMP) model which applied vector space ideas, then designed its Extensible Markup Language (XML) binding structure and provided corresponding XML source code.
