  • Abstract
By analyzing the current development situation of open computer numerical control (CNC) system, architecture /component software technology and mechatronics coupling design theory, this paper research on a structuring methodology based on these technologies. The conception of composability CNC and structuring method system hardware are represented in this paper. Then a mathematical model of interfaces was set up after analysis and reasoning on the interfaces of devices/units. The techniques of structuring composability CNC system hardware were developed and preformed based on the mathematical model. Main content of structuring technique includes: component database, configuring mechanism and components interfaces converter. Furthermore, an application on methodology is given to prove structuring technique is feasibly and validly.
