Abstract
Recently, it is not rare to see the news of the scarcity of employment opportunity of college students on TV and newspaper article. Although people have getting lost interest in the problem, they have actual hardship day by day. Primarily, the scarcity of employment is caused by the deterioration of the college´s level and the regional characteristics, and also by the deteriorating working conditions. In second, it is caused by tightening of selection procedures to enter the company, the failure of career guidance in the university, and students´ basic academic skills. For example, before formal entrance examination, companies have been increasing in which students have to pass extra examination to become eligible to attend their employment-explanation meetings. Therefore, college´s employment guidance tends that paper tests are regarded as more important at a certain level than job training, practice of interview guidance and making project paper. The number of visiting/part-time lecturers has been increasing to reduce duties of university faculty members. However, it is not easy for the university to recruit appropriate part-time lecturers for the guidance at a low employment cost that is less than the cost paid to part-time lecturers in course curriculum in the university. To solve such problems, some universities outsource career service business to specialized company. We introduce an effective instructional approach in guidance and lectures for paper tests using personal computer in our serving business in which universities can reduce costs.
