Abstract
Recently the very important results of research of influence of high electrical fields to living cells have been obtained. Experimentally revealed that electrical field of 50-100 kV/m with rise time of less than 1 ns affecting cell nucleus may perhaps initiate programmed cell death (apoptosis). This founding gives a hope to create new effective treatment methods of cancer and other decease.
