Abstract
Radio link control (RLC) is one part of the layer 2, in TD-SCDMA. This paper proposes a new and efficient scheme for the implementation of RLC, and analyzes the relevant performance. One model about SDU delay time for RLC process, is proposed and used to analyze the relevant performance. Through our implementation scheme and this SDU delay model, some RLC protocol parameters, including MaxDAT in No_discard mode, window size, are analyzed, so as to provide some reference to configure RLC protocol parameters, for the particular type of service in TD-SCDMA system
