Design of user-oriented Meta Service-based repository for e-health service

The target of constructing a user-oriented service repository of e-health is to offer an infrastructure to facilitate the interaction of service providers with its potential consumers directly. A Meta Service-based service description framework and the repository architecture were proposed to meet the requirements from the two types of users. The open and accurate description properties can be utilized by consumers to easily represent their personal rules to discover and select their preference services. A GUI generated through Meta Service can navigate a consumer to send his request to the selected service while not necessary to know the technical details. The implementation of a repository prototype verified the feasibility of our approach.
