Abstract

The paper sets foot on actual states of Chinese graduate cultivation, analyses new features and problems in the process of cultivating reformation, and brings forward an intensive talent cultivation pattern based on informationization system. On the basis of general introduction of technical and functional framework of Graduates Management Information System of Shandong University, it mainly introduces some important functions of this system, such as process management, status control, data support, online teaching and so on.
