Abstract
A control system for micro-fluidic chip was designed and realized in this paper. The serial controlled A/D and D/A chips were chosen to reduce the amount of control ports. FPGA with plenty of control ports was chosen to be system MCU, on which programming in VerilogHDL, and as a result 30 chips can be controlled synchronously. Communication between PC and USB2.0 high-speed transfer interface chip were applied to meet the needs of control and uploading data. We compiled Windows XP based driver and control software, in addition. Conclusively, the system can control multiple chips at the same time to improve the detecting efficiency and can be used when detecting for large quantity of chips was needed.
