Abstract
Wavelength-division (de)multiplexers, compatible with a multi-guide vertical integration platform in InP, are reported. Designs, based on arrayed waveguide gratings and diffractive echelle gratings, are demonstrated to work well within this platform and to be suitable for 100Gb/s receive applications.
