Abstract
This article aims at constructing an English vocabulary test website by database with steps as follows: firstly, to decide ASP as the interface between users and DBMS, ASP as the interface between users and DBMS; next, to record layout and create different grades English vocabulary files by using Access 2003 as the databases; finally to carry out the test website and modifying defects.
