  • Abstract
    In this paper, an EBG modulated MLIN and a SI-LPF are compared in terms of working principles, design procedure, performance, and physical size at low, mediate, and high working frequencies. The aim is to provide a clear distinction between an EBG structure and a SI-LPF.
