Abstract

To improve present automation level of cement enterprise, the integrated automation system of cement enterprise is one practical solution. To realize this system, the development trend of cement industry and the characteristics of production & operations of cement enterprise are demonstrated and analyzed in an all-round way. Then, the architecture of integrated automation system and that of each sub-system are proposed. At last, on the basis of opening principle, the information integration in low cost is realized, and is applied into practical projects. The successful application in cement enterprises has proved the validity and the practicability of the above-mentioned frames and the detailed measures
