Logistics network design based on Value Constellation

With the development of information technology and the complexity of intertwined interests, traditional logistics management based on value chain has been unable to meet the needs of modern logistics management. In this paper, firstly, the traditional logistics network and its problems were depicted; Then considering all benefit counterparts, the idea of the logistics network was developed and a modern logistics management network was built based on the Value Constellation, which was helpful in improving the management of modern logistics.
