Through applying the combination method of the subject and the objective, this paper resolved the low efficiency problem, 2/3 idle work in the tally logistics through designing the shelves, lay outing the channels and adjusting the working and so on. Applying the combination of the macro and micro-methods, it realized the separation of cash register and packing under the space layout. And applying the queuing theory controls the cash register system indices and selects queuing way reasonably.
