  • Abstract
    The super-efficiency DEA (data envelopment analysis) was adopted to establish the efficiency appraisal model of listed construction enterprises, which solved the problem that the traditional DEA model couldn´t differentiate the enterprises´ ranking when their efficiency value was 1. With the historic data of ten China listed construction enterprises between 2007 and 2008 and building of the operation efficiency indicators system, the construction enterprises efficiency value was calculated by super-efficiency DEA model, and finally the operation efficiency ranking of the listed construction enterprises was obtained.
