HACCP Certification System is generally applied in the world and is helpful to strengthen food safety in the circulation of our country. Through analysis of factors causing food safety hazards, this thesis puts forward the existing food safety issues in the circulation field of our nation and focuses on research how HACCP enhances the safety of food circulation.
