Research on the application of CM-agent model in public projects of post-disaster reconstruction

CM-agent model is proposed based on the requirements that public projects of post-disaster reconstruction should be carried out quickly with high quality while the financial fund is reasonably distributed. At the project governance level of agent construction system and the project management level of CM model, CM-agent model solves the construction management problem in public projects of post-disaster reconstruction, achieve integration project governance with project management and analyzes the support mechanism that would ensure successful execution of CM-agent model. The research suggests that as a new construction management model, CM-agent model meets construction requirements for public projects of post-disaster reconstruction.
