  • Abstract
Manufacturers are always (especially now) looking for ways to reduce costs in their processes and make them more efficient. Using self-bonding magnet wire in stator manufacturing is an innovative solution to create an efficient cost effective manufacturing process. The process can be set to supply a product off the line in less than 10 seconds. To use the bondable magnet wire some new equipment is necessary. Selecting a proper power supply and control system is key to making the bondable magnet wire in stator manufacturing a cost-effective method.
