Research on Government Website Performance Based on Grey Correlation Analysis to Thirteen Cities in Heilongjiang Province

Performance evaluation of government Website is an important basis to measure the openness, democracy and service quality of local governments ruling. To address the problem of local government Website performance evaluation, this paper builds a optimize performance evaluations model based on the gray correlation analysis. This paper selected performance evaluation data of 13 governments Website of different cities and regions in Heilongjiang Province´s from 2005 to 2007, and established a Website performance analysis model, according to the model, we can analysis the relationship between Website performance indicators of 13 cities and regions, then find out what factors influence the level of Website performance and how to optimize the performance of governments Website. Then this paper proposed measures to promote Website performance and promote the construction of government Websites.
